Cancelation Policy:

We offer free cancellation if rooms are cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please contact us directly to avoid any charges.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the entire booking. No shows will also be charged for the full duration of the scheduled stay.

Please note:

If you are booking via a third-party agent such as Booking.com please refer to their channel directly for their cancellation terms.

Our rooms have a separate locked entrance to the rear of the property which requires a code to gain access. Please check in via the main entrance during reception opening times. Out with these times check in can be made via the side bar entrance.

If you require a check in time past 11pm please contact us prior to arrival to arrange access to your accommodation. Please email bookings@squarekintore.com or call 01467 621 379. If you arrive at the property past 11pm please contact 07749017246 to arrange access to your accommodation. Please note that this number is only monitored from 11pm-8am. This information is also displayed at the front of the property and the room access door at the rear.

 

Check in:

From 4pm Monday to Thursday, from 2pm Friday to Sunday

Early Check in:

When possible, we will try to accommodate any early check in requests, please email bookings@squarekintore.com to find out more information. If we are unable to accommodate an early check in provisions can be made to store luggage. 

Checking Out:

Check out is 11am on the day of your departure. When checking out please leave your key in the drop box at the bottom of the stairs. 

 

Rooms:

- All rooms have standard double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers

-All rooms are on the first floor or above

-All rooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities

-Only guests are permitted in the accommodation area

-Parties or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated

-Unfortunately, we do not have extra beds or cots for our rooms

-We do not allow Pets in our accommodation.

 

Ironing Service: There is an ironing board and iron available for guests to use throughout their stay. The iron and ironing board is stored at the middle landing. Please return them after use so that fellow guests can use them.

 

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Login Details can be found in each room.

 

Property information and Fire Safety plans can be found on the rear of each bedroom door.

 

If you require a VAT invoice for your stay, please email bookings@squarekintore.com once you have checked out.

 

Car parking:

 

There is no designated parking for the Property due our central location in the village. Free Parking is available next to the Townhouse approx 50mtrs away, there is also free on street parking.

 

We have some lovely new neighbours who have just moved into the new development directly behind the beer garden on Elm Way. If we could ask you to please refrain from parking in front of their properties, driveways and the beer garden. Also please avoid parking on or over pavements.

Bar & Lounge Opening Times:

Monday to Thursday 4pm -11pm

Friday 12noon-12Midnight

Saturday 12noon-12midnight

Sunday 12noon -11pm

 

Please note that times may change on quieter evenings and the bar may close earlier than stated.

 

Drinks can be purchased from the bar to take to your room from until 10pm in accordance with our off sales licence.

 

Drinks purchased after 10pm must be consumed in the bar and lounge areas only.

 

Please note that in accordance with our licence children and young persons under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises after 8pm.
